It's time for Restaurant Week!

Chef has crafted a menu of favorite German comfort foods to warm you head to toe!

Fredericksburg Restaurant Week is January 18 - 27 and Charlottesville Restaurant Week is January 19 - 27.

 

Vorspeisen & Suppen

Süsskartoffelsuppe Sweet potato soup w/ ginger & bacon

Debreziner Sausage on a Pretzel Zeppelin | with peppers, onions & Bier cheese 

Winter Salat w/ Sugar Roasted Almonds | with Applewood smoked bleu cheese, grapes & pomegranate dressing

 

Hauptspeisen

Pinkelwurst mit Grünkohl Flavorful winter sausage w/ braised kale & whipped potatoes

Pilzgulasch | Beef tips and mushroom stew over egg noodle w/ daikon radish

French Onion Schnitzel | Veal Schnitzel w/ roasted Brussel sprouts, crispy onions & mozzarella over French onion gravy

Grilled Swordfish Steak “Nordsee" | with basil compound butter & marinated cucumbers over potato pancakes

 

Nachspeisen

Winter Torte White chocolate coconut cake

Birne Helene | Poached pears over vanilla ice cream w/ warm chocolate truffle sauce

Aprikosenkuchen| Apricot & marzipan cake w/ vanilla sauce

 

Family-style side dish selections:

Red cabbage, Spätzle, glazed carrots, creamed corn, string beans, 

whipped potatoes, German potato salad, potato dumplings or zucchini
