Schweinshaxe - Tender braised pork shank over homemade sausage stuffing, topped w/ crispy fried onions

Traditional Rindsroulade - Beef top round steak rolled around bacon, ground veal, pickles & onions in bacon paprika red wine sauce

Riesling Poached Salmon w/ dill cream sauce served over Salzkartoffeln
