Bratwurst over German potato salad

Linsensuppe w/ Landjäger sausage | Lentil soup w/ smoked German sausage

Winter Salat w/ golden beets & pistachios w/ blood orange vinaigrette dressing

 

Hauptspeisen

Classic Wiener Schnitzel served w/ Gurkensalat

Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin served over Bratkartoffeln w/ Dunkel Bier sauce

Chicken Florentine | Chicken breast stuffed with spinach & ricotta in béchamel sauce

Flounder Roulade | Flounder rolled and stuffed with smoked salmon in dill cream sauce

 

Nachspeisen

Creme brûlée w/ fresh berries 

Mint chocolate cheesecake w/ créme de menthe & chocolate ganache crust

Traditional bread pudding w/ Stroh rum sauce

 

 

Family-style side dish selections:

Red cabbage, Spätzle, glazed carrots, creamed corn, string beans, 

whipped potatoes, German potato salad, potato dumplings or zucchini
